NEX is owned and operated by Oprix Digital ("we", "us"). We operate the website nex.co.tz and the NEX business applications. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

  • Website: contact details you submit through the contact form (name, email, message), and basic technical logs needed to keep the site secure.
  • NEX app: business data you enter (sales, stock, customers, etc.) stored locally on your device and synced to our secure cloud when you sign in.
  • Account: email, business name, and authentication tokens required to provide the service.

How we use data

We use your information to provide and improve NEX, process support requests, send service-related emails (e.g. team invites, reports), and keep your business data synchronised across devices. We do not sell your personal or business data to third parties.

Data security & retention

Data in transit is encrypted (HTTPS). Cloud data is stored in secure databases with access controls. You may request export or deletion of your account by contacting us at hello@nex.co.tz.
