NEX is owned by Oprix Digital. By downloading, installing, or using NEX software or visiting nex.co.tz, you agree to these terms.
License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use NEX for your business operations. You may not reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the software without written permission.
Your responsibilities
- Keep your login credentials secure.
- Ensure data you enter (prices, stock, customer records) is accurate.
- Comply with applicable tax and business laws in Tanzania.
Service availability
NEX is designed to work offline. Cloud sync and online features depend on network availability and subscription status. We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
Limitation of liability
NEX is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the software. You are responsible for maintaining backups of critical business records.
